Today's Scripture 

 

Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnessess, let us throw off everything that so easily entangles, and let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us.  Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfected of our faith, who for the joy set before him endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of throne of God.  Consider him who endured such opposition from sinful men, so that you will not grow weary and lose heart.

Today's prayer requests:      For the residents of Letson Farms   

 

 Uneasiness and concern over the events of last Sunday night are still on everyone's minds.  Need to pray for all the residents of the area to have peace, and for the well-being of the couple who were at the center of the attempted robbery and shooting. The husband who was shot had surgery on his hand on Thursday.
